These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the website operated by House of Bon.
House of Bon offers organic food products for sale via its website.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Products
House of Bon offers organic Power Balls and related products.
We aim to present all products as accurately as possible. However, product images and descriptions are non-contractual.
3. Orders
Orders are placed directly via the website.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
House of Bon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a problem with payment or suspicious activity.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable taxes.
Payment is required in full at the time of order.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout.
House of Bon aims to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
House of Bon cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, food products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@houseofbon.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos where possible.
We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.
8. Liability
House of Bon cannot be held responsible for:
incorrect information provided by the Customer
misuse of products
delays or issues caused by third-party carriers
9. Force Majeure
House of Bon shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, branding, logos) is the property of House of Bon and may not be used without prior written permission.
11. Personal Data
Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
