HOUSE OF BON — AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the House of Bon Ambassador Program!

We're excited to collaborate with creators, wellness enthusiasts and partners who share our passion for delicious, organic, feel-good snacks.

By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates must provide accurate registration and payment information.
House of Bon reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws.

Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link or assigned discount code.
Commissions are calculated on the net product value, excluding VAT, shipping fees, refunds and discounts.
Commissions apply only to successfully completed and paid orders.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or self-referred orders are not eligible for commission.

Affiliate links use a 30-day tracking window.
If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link, the sale may qualify for commission, subject to the program's tracking and attribution rules.
House of Bon cannot guarantee attribution when tracking is blocked, cookies are deleted or referral information is unavailable.

Commissions are reviewed before approval.
Payments are made by bank transfer to the payment details provided by the affiliate.
Commissions are payable only after the relevant order has been verified and any applicable cancellation or refund period has passed.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and invoicing information and complying with their own tax obligations.

Affiliates are encouraged to share House of Bon products authentically through social media, blogs, websites and other approved channels.

Affiliates must:

Clearly disclose their commercial relationship with House of Bon, including affiliate links and gifted products, where required by law.
Represent our products accurately and responsibly.
Avoid misleading claims, particularly regarding nutritional or health benefits.
Use approved brand materials and respect House of Bon's intellectual property.
Refrain from spam, misleading advertising or unauthorised paid advertising using House of Bon's brand name.
