1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

By placing an order on this Site, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that House of Bon products fall within this category.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@houseofbon.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos where possible. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

3. Services and Digital Content

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to:

Services that begin immediately after purchase and are fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where the Customer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

The supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where execution has begun with the Customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal.
